NorCal Studio Guys Make Improv Music to the Beat of the Laser Cutter

A student outreach event on the Sierra College Rocklin campus took the laser cutter out to the quad to make customized dog tags for students.  Members of the NorCal Studio Guys band used the rhythm of the laser cutter as a back beat for a bit of improv while waiting for their tags to be etched!   Improv drives an artist’s creativity (http://bigthink.com/insights-of-genius/what-improv-teaches-us-about-creativity) which is what the Maker Movement is all about!
