NCC Campus Invited to Inspire Creativity with Sewing

The Nevada County Campus of Sierra College will be offering Sewing 101 & Beyond taught by Naima Pagano, Sierra Makerspaces Creative Consultant.

The classes are open to students, faculty members and those in the community who want to learn introductory sewing skills to incorporate into their lives or curriculum. In this free class, participants will cover basic sewing skills and make simple, fun projects. Through projects, everyone will develop sewing construction skills and specific terminology.

Where: Room 205, Nevada County Campus, Sierra College, 250 Sierra College Dr., Grass Valley, CA 95945

When: Thursdays 5-8pm

Dates: March 7, 14, 21 & 28 and April 4, 11 & 25

Cost: The class is free. Participants may need to purchase fabric and materials for their projects. Parking is $3.
