This semester at the Laney College FabLab we started our Maker in Residence program. Which is an opportunity for students to advance their fabrication skills by working on innovative projects that benefit the FabLab and campus. As a part of the program, Residences are expected to document the processes of their projects (using instructables.com). For our first semester of this program we’ve hired two Maker in Residence students. Here is the link to one of our Maker in Residents’ Instructables profile, which was featured by the editor on the Instructables’ workshop page last month.
