Last week, we received some of our larger pieces of equipment for the year, including the EPSON SureColor F2000 direct-to-garment printer, complete with a heat press and pre-treater machine. Student workers and staff were able to partake in the one-day training to learn how the machine works and be able to maintain it for everyday use at the IE Accelerator.
This machine will be of great value as we welcome its use to our students and entrepreneurs and for other types of IE Accelerator projects, classes, and camps. It easily and quickly produces vibrant prints for t-shirts, hats, sweatshirts, etc. Upon taking the training, the general consensus was that the machine and the free design software by EPSON is very user-friendly. Look out for us to share some of our first projects in the near future!
