This week’s webinar offers congratulations to all our colleges for their contribution to the early successes in our implementation process. Included are links to the Mid-Year Report submitted to the Chancellor’s Office, and to the January Newsletter, both of which contain activities, data and analysis of our work to date. The TAPs also offer hands on tools for making mid-year adjustments to budgets and work plans, preparing for Year Two work plans and budgets, with additional tools to assist in calculating spend down and carry over.
